Turn off Do Not Disturb

When you couldn’t make or receive phone calls, maybe you have turned on feature “Do Not Disturb” and forget to turn it off.

Restart iPhone

Reinsert SIM Card

Step 1. Find a paper clip or SIM eject tool and press it to the small opening of your SIM tray to eject it.

Step 2. Then clean your SIM card, and check if it’s broken or not, if not, reinsert it and try to make phone call again.

Turn on and off Airplane Mode

When turn on and off Airplane mode, our iPhone will research the network and connect it.

Step 1. Open iPhone, go to Setting, then scroll down to find option “Airplane Mode”.

Step 2. Then turn it on, wait a few seconds, turn it off. And you can also turn it on and off from control center.

Check Blocking Numbers

When you blocked some phone number, you couldn’t make and receive phone calls with them.

Step 1. Open your iPhone, go to Setting–Phone–Call Blocking & Identification.

Step 2. Then you can see the list of phone numbers you have blocked, and you can unblock them when you need to make phone call with them.

Reset Network Setting

Last, we can try to reset our network setting.

Step 1. Open your iPhone, go to Setting–General–Reset–Reset Network Settings.
