By default, our WhatsApp photos can be saved on our iPhone automatically when we open it. So we can sync those WhatsApp photos from our photo app to Mac.
1.Open our photo album, and check if our WhatsApp photos are saved there.
2.If not, open your WhatsApp, and find the photo you need to save on iPhone, open it and hold on, until it shows the option “Save to phone”, and tap on it.
3.Then repeat the process, and save all the photos you need to your photo album.
4.Connect your iPhone with Mac, when it’s recognized, find the photos and copy them to your Mac.
This method can only help us sync WhatsApp photos.
Sync WhatsApp Attachments to Mac with iTunes
As we know iTunes backup files are stored on our PC, so we can use iTunes to help us sync WhatsApp attachment to Mac. See below steps.
1.Launching iTunes, and update it with latest version. Then connect your iPhone with Mac.
2.When it’s recognized, go to Device–Summary, then tap on “Backup Now” on the right page. And confirm with “Backup”.
When finish backup, you can find the backup files from below folder address, but you’ll need to find them one by one:
For Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
For Mac ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
