View iTunes and iCloud Backup Files Easily

For iTunes:

2.Go to Files–Summary, then you can see your backup files on the left side bar. Choose the one you need, tap on “Restore Backup”, and confirm with “Restore”.

As iTunes backup files are stored on our PC, so we can also check them from below folder address without restoring them:

For Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

For Mac ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
